Step 1 Create a new Google API Project
To start, first go to the Google Play Developer console API access settings page and click the Create new project button.
Step 2 Create a new Service Account
You will see a new Linked Project and a few new sections, in the Service Account section, click the Create service account button.
Step 3 Open the Google Developers Console
You will be presented with an info box with instructions to create your service account. Click the link to Google Developers Console and a new tab will spawn.
Step 4 Create a new Client ID
Now click Create new Client ID, select Service account from the options and click Create Client ID.
Step 5 Download the JSON Key
A JSON file should automatically download for you, if it doesn't click Generate new JSON Key.
Keep this file safe, you will need to provide it when adding a Google Play App on the MBaaSy console app genus settings page.
Step 6 Grant access
Now return to the Google Play Developer console and click Done in the info box.
You should see your new service account in the list. Click on Grant access next to the service account email.
Step 7 Set the role to Finance
Under the Choose a role for this user, select Finance and click Add user.
You're done! Your user service account will now be linked to your Google Play Developer account, and you can now add a Google App on the MBaaSy console with the JSON Key you downloaded.
If you need to change your service account at any time, you can follow these steps again.
